Situation
Symptoms:
ERROR: "You must specify a recipient to send to." in WebAccess
ERROR: "You must specify a recipient to send to." in WebAccess while sending a mail to userid@InternetDomainName
Selecting an Address from the Address book works fine
ERROR: "You must specify a recipient to send to." in WebAccess
ERROR: "You must specify a recipient to send to." in WebAccess while sending a mail to userid@InternetDomainName

Resolution
Upgrade the GroupWise 6.5 WebAccess Agent to GroupWise 7 WebAccess Agent. GroupWise 7 WebAccess Agent can be used only if the all the Post Offices are upgraded to GroupWise 7. Follow the steps in the Document listed below to upgrade GroupWise 7 WebAccess

Downgrade the GroupWise 7 WebAccess Application to GroupWise 6.5 WebAccess Application by following the steps listed below
Type rpm -e novell-groupwise-webaccess and install GroupWise 6.5 WebAccess Application by following the steps in the link below
