ZENworks 10 Configuration Management
Situation
After the
customer attempted to update his ZCM system from 10.0.0 to 10.0.1,
he was no longer able to access the ZCC.
If a valid
ID/PWD is entered, no error is returned but a blank web page comes
up instead of the ZCC.
If an Invalid ID/PWD is entered, an error is returned stating the ID/PWD is invalid.
Attempts to manually put in the correct URL for the "Home" page and the "Configuration" from the "blank" page after authentication, sends the user back to a ZCC login screen.

Resolution
With the
assistance of Novell Technical Services, the customer was able to
manually reapply the patch outside of ZCC to repair the
system.
