API Gateway does not create accounts on Exchange

Novell GroupWise Gateway - 4.1 API Gateway for NLM
Situation
When migrating users from GroupWise to Exchange, it appears that the API Gateway will only create user acounts for users whose GroupWiseID doesn't match any other object in the GroupWise System. No errors are returned on the screen or log files, existing accounts simply do not get synced across. Creating a new account will be synced across immediately.
Resolution
Disable the Internet Address override on the Exchange domain prior to synchronization.
