Situation
One of the following symptoms can occur :
- Virtual Office never prompts for login. This is reproduced by closing the iManager browser window and re-opening it does not ask for a login and allows access as the previous user that was authenticated into iManager.
- VirtualOffice does not have the logout option.
- The workstation (with Zen for Desktops) prompts with a Novell Security Services login, rather than the web-based login - and this is not desired.
Resolution
Open sys:\tomcat\4\webapps\nps\WEB-INF\portalservlet.properties and add :
and restart Tomcat4.
For the change to stick in NBO, the file Sys:etc\applianc\textbase\PortalServlet.properties must be modified with the same setting change. If this file is modified, it will propogate after the system has been rebooted.
See KB 10092529 for another fix to the problem.
System.UseNetIdentity=false
