Situation
After enabling the httpmonuser and httpmonpassword switches for the Monitor Agent in the MA_OPTIONS section of the grpwise-ma startup script, Monitor Application Web Console returns the error: Please login again. You may have typed your name or password incorrectly.
Resolution
Fixed in build 8.0.1-87738 and newer code. It will prompt you for the user and password when try to login to Monitor, but if after this you disable the httpmonuser and httpmonpassword switches for the Monitor Agent in the MA_OPTIONS section, the Monitor Application web-console (http://monitor_application_ip/gwmon/gwmonitor) might still ask you for the user and password. Restarting Tomcat and Monitor Agent and Monitor Agent web-console(http://monitor_agent_ip:8200) will correct the situation and not prompt for user and password anymore.
