IMAP4 error when opening mail using the Russian client on a Russian OS workstation

Situation

This crash issue appears to be specific to Russian GW Client on Russian OS.  IMAP4 emails with/without Cyrillic characters send & receive but fail to open in Russian in this test environment resulting in a system crash when a user attempts to open the received IMAP4 email. On a US system both US & RU GW Client open received IMAP4 emails without crashing.

The received IMAP4 emails will continually crash the system when a user attempts to open in subsequent Client launches. However if the Client language is changed to US on a Russian system, the user can open received IMAP4 emails that were previously crashing the Russian Client. As a result, when the user subsequently launches the Russian Client, the emails that had been crashing the system now open fine.
