ERROR: "Cannot initialize any worker processes" on the POA screen
ERROR: "Document Convert Agent is unable to service requests" on the POA Screen
Document Convert Agent error while loading the POA
Resolution
Upgrade to GroupWise 8.0.1. The patch can be found at the following link:
