ERROR: "Invalid Index number" while deteting an user account

Environment

Situation

Error: "Invalid Index number" while deleting an user account

Resolution

1. Rename all the .dc files in the domain and post office folder.
2. Copy the .dc files from the software distribution directory to domain and po directory
3. Launch ConsoleOne, right click on the domain |  properties | GroupWise utilities | System Maintenance
4. Select Validate and click on run, make sure the domain path is correct. Run a Recover process as well followed by this.
5. Follow the above mentioned steps for post office database as well.
