Situation
Busy search fails to show appointments for some Exchange users when
a GroupWise user preforms a busy search.
The gateway log shows No FreeBusy information

Resolution
This issue has been reported do development. The resolution
for this issue has not yet been reached however it appears to be an
issue with the alias on the Exchange account.
The issue can be duplicated when creating an Exchange user and changing the default Alias during the creation.
