GWIA HTTP Port is Unavailable

Changing the HTTP port number does not help
The port shows that it is not active when using netstat to check it
There are two possible fixes in this situation.
1. Disable the IMAP port on either the GWIA or the POA
2. Change the IMAP port on either the GWIA or the POA
After performing the changes, restart the GWIA and the HTTP port should be available.
