Situation
Microsoft Office Excel throws the Error "Microsoft Office Excel is waiting for another application to complete an OLE action" while sending an excel sheet as a Mail Recipient (as attachment)
Resolution
Reported to Engineering
Workaround
Use GroupWise 7 client.
Additional Information
Steps to Duplicate:
1. Login to GroupWise 8 client.
2. Open Microsoft Excel 2003 and type in few words in the excel sheet.
3. Click on File | Send to | Mail Recipient (as attachment)
4. It will open up a new mail, continue typing something in the body of the mail for 3-4 minutes.
Excel will throw the above mentioned error.
Note: The above error does not prevent user from working on the mail and mail goes fine.
