Refreshing WebAccess page logs out the user from the mailbox with error "Your login is not current, Please login again"


This is working as designed. Click on the Update icon instead of refreshing the web page.

Additional Information

It could be duplicated with Internet Explore, Mozilla Firefox and Opera browsers

Steps to duplicate:

1. Login to GroupWise Webaccess
2. Hit the Browser Refresh button (Firefox, I.E, Opera)
3. You will be logged out of GroupWise Webaccess with a prompt Your login is not current, Please login again
