However, if the Tools|Address Book menu method is used to access the address book, it works fine and then subsequent attempts with the toolbar button also work, until the client is exited and restarted, then the problem shows up again.
To correct this, perform the following steps:
1. Export all entries in all books, except for System (Global) and LDAP Address Books
2. Delete all entries in Frequent Contacts. Exist the client, restart and test. If still a problem, continue.
3. Delete each address book and test again in turn.
4. When the problem book is found, recreate the deleted books and import the entries back for each book deleted.
