Source Post Office has 2 POAs - One for Client/Server and one for Message Handling
Source Post Office Directory on Windows or NetWare
Situation
D106 or C067 on all user moves if the Source Post Office has separate POAs for Client/Server and Message Handler
ERROR: "0xd106 - Database error" in User Move Status
ERROR: "0xc067 - Database store number is invalid" in User Move Status
Resolution
This issue is only seen if the Source Post Office has 2 Post Office Agents and the Post Office Directory is on NetWare or Windows. One of the POAs has the database open and it is not possible for the first POA to tell the other POA to release the Database. Since the second POA has the database open, the first POA is unable to delete the User Database causing a C067 or D106 in User Move Status.
Workaround Steps
Manually delete the user databases or merge the POAs
