Can't manage user quotas using iManager

Situation

In iManager under - Storage > User Quota > All Users - the following error is seen:
Could not get volume user restriction information on <VolumeName>.
CIMOM error occurred: cannot write to the given file.

Resolution

Fix has been released in OES channel as June 2012 OES2SP3 Hot Patch for NCP and FTP. 
RPM version: novell-ncpns-5.3-0.20

Cause

The error in iManager is caused by a segfault in adminusd which can be seen in the /var/log/messages file.
