Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 2 - 10.2
Situation
After applying ZCM 10.2.2 or later, previous System Updates may no longer be visible in the ZCC but exist in the content-repo.
Resolution
A fix for this issue is included in ZENworks 11, see KB 7006995 "ZENworks 11 - information and updates" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
Workaround: run"zman sudu <GUID>" , to delete the old system update.
The system updates that still reside in the content-repo can be found here:
Windows:
%ZENWORKS_HOME% \work\content-repo\system-update
Linux:
/var/opt/novell/zenworks/content-repo/system-update
The files for the system update will reside in a folder that matches the GUID of the system update.
This folder name can be used as the GUID in the ZMAN command to delete the system update.
When this command is run, the system update will be removed from the content-repo on all servers.
