Situation
When attempting to inventory a server it throws an error:
‘Method failed with unexpected error code 64’
Resolution
The above error may occur if the Server Service is not started on the server that’s been inventoried. Start this service once and make sure there is no exception thrown in the event logs then retry the inventory of the server once again.
