NSAdmin Missing Buttons in Firefox

Novell Open Enterprise Server 2 (OES 2) Linux

Situation
NSAdmin is missing four buttons from the Authentication Domains link in Firefox, these buttons are:
1.) Add Domain
2.) Add Context
3.) Add Host
4.) Change Priority
Other web browsers such as Microsoft Internet Explorer and Google Chrome display all the buttons.

Resolution
Currently the only work around is to use a web browser that display all of the buttons such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Google Chrome
