Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 3 - 10.3 Business Objects Reporting
Situation
When creating a report that contains Licenses and Entitlements and Contracts, for example Licensed Product /Description , Entitlement /Description and any Machines Covered field, then the Licensed Product /Description is missing (all blanks) in the report.
Resolution
A fix for this issue is included in ZENworks 11, see TID 7006995 "ZENworks 11 - information and updates" which can be found at http://www.novell.com/support
