NetStorage Displays Modified Date of 01/01/2000 on all Deleted Files

Environment

Situation

With NetStorage, the modified date on deleted files always shows as 01/01/2000.

This issue appears to be cosmetic only, and once files are salvaged, they appear again with 
the correct time stamps.

Additional Information

To duplicate this issue:

Delete a file that would be seen in NetStorage
From within NetStorage, Select View | Show Deleted Files

The modified date on any deleted file will show as 01/01/2000
