Situation
You run SLES10 server or OES based on SLES10 platform and have NSS or other remote storage area volume.
There is any remote application that utilizes a trusted application feature to provide grace login in GroupWise mailboxes.
You will see this or similar line along with SOAP login request in POA log file.
This problem does not happen when you do not use a remote storage solution that holds PO data.
This problem does not happen on any SOAP based application that logs in GroupWise mailboxes without using trusted application.
When you run POA as a user root, then you will see in logs following error:
"The database function 14 reported error [8209] on wphost.db"
When you run POA as a dedicated non-root user, then error in POA logs is different:
"The database facility reported error [8209] on wphost.db"
Resolution
However, this looks like a cosmetics error, there is a fix available for GW8 and GW2012 code. For GW2012, the SP1 will include the fix and for GW8, any post GW8.03 build number later than 103703.
