Situation
Admin Console running on standalone server. When the local naudit service is stopped using the command
"/etc/init.d/novell-naudit stop"
other important services like tomcat and jcc are also stopped causing a possible interruption of services, especially if the Identity Server were installed on the same host as the Admin Console.

Resolution
Issue reported to development. For the time being, only schedule a restart of the audit server on the Admin Console when no users are accessing services on the host. Should the issue occur, manually restart both the JCC and Tomcat services using the following commands:
# /etc/init.d/novell-tomcat5 restart
# /etc/init.d/novell-jcc restart
# /etc/init.d/novell-tomcat5 restart
# /etc/init.d/novell-jcc restart
