How to increase Attachment Size Limit in Datasynchronizer

Situation

How to increase the attachment size limit in Datasynchronizer.
Unable to synchronize attachment over 500kb to the devices.
Attachment size limit not functioning correctly.

Resolution

  1. Login to the WebAdmin.
  2. Click on the GroupWise connector.
  3. Under "GroupWise Items to Sync", Click and expand "Advanced".
  4. Change the "Maximum Attachment Size in KB" from Default 500kb to the required size.
  5. Click on save custom settings.
  6. Click on Home|Mobiltiy Connector.
  7. Change the "Maximum Attachment Size in KB" from Default 500kb to the required size.
  8. Click on save custom settings.
  9. Click on Home.
  10. Restart the connectors.
