What should I do if the SQL Server machine that contains the VPC database is restarted?

Environment
Situation
When the user expands the "Field Mappings" section in Configuration Settings, The error message “An error has been encountered” is displayed.
Resolution
If the SQL Server Machine has been restarted or just the SQL Server service “SQL Server (MSSQLSERVER)”; It is recommend to restart de VPC Service. This action will prevent any inconvenience provoked by the connection between SQL Server and VPC.
Cause
When the SQL Server machine or the SQL Server service “SQL Server (MSSQLSERVER)” is restarted, some VPC areas can be impacted, for example:
The synchronization with an External Repository cannot be performed because a problem with the Synchronization Schedule (This section is not displayed).
