ISITEMEDIAVIEWER.EXE fails to launch due to iSite.OCX error is the ZCM Full Disk Encryption Component is installed

Environment

Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2

Situation

ISiteMediaViewer.exe reports it cannot load ISITE.OCX if the ZCM FDE (Full Disk Encryption) component is installed.

The ZCM FDE component does not need to be enabled or configured for the issue to occur.

Resolution

If FDE is not required, uncheck "Installed" in the Agent Features section in the ZCC.

FDE will uninstall upon refresh.

This setting can be made at the Zone, Device Folder, or Device Level.
