Environment

NetIQ Identity Manager Roles Based Provisioning Module

Situation

User Application driver fails to load. Driver trace (at level 3) shows:

UserApp ST:ComposerDriverShim: Init: ComposerServiceSubsriberInitMethodName = InitializeSubscriber
UserApp ST:ComposerDriverShim: Init: ComposerServiceSubsriberExecuteMethodName = Execute
UserApp ST:ComposerDriverShim: init() calling Composer WebService: Initialize
com.sssw.b2b.xs.GXSException: The creation of the Composer service 'com.novell.prov.srvprv.Initialize' failed;
---> nested com.sssw.b2b.xs.GXSException: Unable to create the service component: name - 'Initialize', context - 'com/novell/prov/srvprv'
UserApp ST:DriverShim.init() returned:
UserApp ST:null document

Resolution

make sure that the nrfdriver.jar and srvprvUAD.jar files are installed and eDirectory has been restarted since those files where installed. If they are missing the error message will occur during the driver startup.
