ZCM 11.2.2 - link for Upgrade Remote Management Viewer is always shown for RHEL 5

Environment
Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2.2 Remote Management
Mozilla Firefox on RHEL 5 (32-bit and 64-bit)
Mozilla Firefox on RHEL 5 (32-bit and 64-bit)
Situation
After upgrading to ZCM 11.2.2, if remote management is attempted on a RHEL 5 device, the "Upgrade Remove Management Viewer" link is permanently shown, even after following the process to do the upgrade and restarting Firefox.
Resolution
Workaround:
For 64-bit devices, run
rm -f /usr/lib64/mozilla/plugins-wrapped/nswrapper*nsZenworksPluginSample.so
rm -f /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins-wrapped/nswrapper*nsZenworksPluginSample.so
and restart Firefox
For 32-bit devices run
rm -f /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins-wrapped/nswrapper*nsZenworksPluginSample.so
and restart Firefox
For 64-bit devices, run
rm -f /usr/lib64/mozilla/plugins-wrapped/nswrapper*nsZenworksPluginSample.so
rm -f /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins-wrapped/nswrapper*nsZenworksPluginSample.so
and restart Firefox
For 32-bit devices run
rm -f /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins-wrapped/nswrapper*nsZenworksPluginSample.so
and restart Firefox
Cause
Firefox on RHEL 5 "wraps" plugins in a unique way, which means that Firefox does not realise that the plugin has been upgraded.
