NOC/BDI: adapter fails to update when a change is made to a properties

NetIQ Operations Center 5.0

Situation

When a BDI adapter is deployed and values are changed, they will not stick even if you do a "redeploy"

Resolution

You must explicitly make the change to BDI adapter properties when stopped. Then upon a start of BDI adapter all works fine and values will stick.
