Environment

NetIQ Access Governance Suite

Situation

Connector Manager Installation fails with below message on Linux system. "error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"

Resolution

File or library libstdc++.so.X is required by CM. Hence please make sure you have installed RPM compat-libstdc++-XX.XX.

If you are installing 32 bit CM then we have to install 32 bit version of RPM (for example compat-libstdc++-33-3.2.3-61.x86_i386.rpm)and if you are installing 64 but CM then we have to install 64 bit RPM (for example compat-libstdc++-33-3.2.3-61.x86_64.rpm)
