When the deskey is not FTP in proper mode SC04 abend error is thrown on Agent for CA-ACF2.

Environment
Situation
When the deskey [encryption key] is not FTP in proper mode SC04 abend error is thrown.
Resolution
If customer wants to enable encryption, they should follow the following steps:-
- In ESS, the encryption file is located at:-
$ESS_HOME/appl/ess.version/defaults/deskey.<platform-name>
- Now FTP the deskey file using the following steps:-
a)>ftp mvssystem
b) Provide the login credentials.
c) Change the FTP mode to ascii as follows:-
ftp>ascii
d) ftp>put deskey.acf2platform '%OLPREFS%.%OLVERS%.ENCREXT'
where %OLPREFS%.%OLVERS% is the prefix used for ENCREXT file of the agent.
e) Open the member CTSPARM in agent's PARM lib and Update the values as follows:
FOREVERY ENCR_EXT_ACT Y
f) Restart the agent
