Intermittent Print Manager crashes with 3rd party accounting software

Environment
Novell iPrint for Linux
Situation
At unpredictable times, the Print Manager will go down and no one can print. Restarting the Print Manager and the accounting modules will get printing up until the next crash.
This problem can occur with OES2 SP3, OES11, or OES11 SP1.
Resolution
Install the December 2012 novell-iprint-server RPM or later and the latest version of the accounting software provided by the vendor.
