Status messages not being processed swiftly

Environment

Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2

Situation

Bundle status stuck in "Pending". Agent logs show upload of Status_* file sucessfully. Many files in the primary server collection/status folder.

Resolution

For 64 bit primaries with sufficient RAM, consider increasing the JAVA Heap space and threads. For more information see Best Practice Guide Section 3.2.4 Tuning the JVM and Tomcat.
