DSfW: "unavailableCriticalExtension" being returned when LDAP_SERVER_NOTIFICATION_OID is being used during ldapsearch

Situation

"unavailableCriticalExtension" being returned when LDAP_SERVER_NOTIFICATION_OID is being used during ldapsearch

When an Application performs an ldapsearch with control:
controlType: 1.2.840.113556.1.4.528 (LDAP_SERVER_NOTIFICATION_OID)
criticality: True
The response is: searchResDone(348) unavailableCriticalExtension [0 results]

Resolution

This has been resolved as per the release of the OES January 2013 Scheduled Maintenance updates.
