Novell GroupWise 2012
Novell Data Synchronizer Mobility Pack 1.2.4
BlackBerry server 5.x

A summary of the problem.
1. Mail forwarded by a rule as attachment.
Datasync server is aware of attachment and displays a paperclip icon on a downloaded mail. There is a FILE.eml attached to downloaded mail instead of original, forwarded mail but a mobile can open it and it shows a content of forwarded mail. The attachment file name "File.eml" however is the same for any forwarded mail.
BES 5.x servers / BlackBerry are unaware of attached mail. No paperclip icon on downloaded mail nor any note in a message body about forwarded mail.
2. Mail forwarded by a rule as flat-forward.
Here it fails for both mobile solutions. Neither Datasync nor BES server shows any evidence of attached original mail.

This has been reported to the development.
