How do I upgrade my trial AMPP license key to a permanent AMPP license key?
Resolution
To install a license

Access the AppManager Performance Profiler web console.

Select Administration
-
Select Licenses / Installs
-
Select Install Licenses
-
Paste your license key into the Install Licenses box.

Select Submit
Licensing changes will take effect during the next Analytics cycle. This is 15 minutes by default.

Access the AppManager Performance Profiler web console

Select Administration
-
Select Licenses / Installs
-
Record which license key(s) will need to be removed, or has expired.

Select Install Licenses

Paste your license key into the Install Licenses box.

In the Licenses screen find the key(s) recorded, and click the Delete hyperlink to the right.

Confirm it is ok to delete by clicking OK.
Licensing changes will take effect during the next Analytics cycle. This is 15 minutes by default.
