Mail message is not opening when selecting Read from the Notify pop-up

Environment
Novell GroupWise 8 Support Pack 3 Hot Patch 1
Situation
When a user is viewing folders (shared folders or shared calendars that the user is not the owner of) and the user receives a notify pop-up of a new mail message. The user selects the Read button and nothing happens.
Resolution
Reported to engineering.
