Inventory report numbers differ between reports

Novell ZENworks Asset Management 11.1

Situation

When running a report for the total number of machines with certail software products, the total number of devices from custom reports differ from the total number of devices in the pre-configured reports.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 11.2.2 - see TID 7010757 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2.2 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at http://www.novell.com/support/search.do?usemicrosite=true&searchString=7010757

Cause

Some of the pre-configured reports had extra criteria that included CPU than the custom reports were using. The pre-configured reports were changed to make them more accurate.
