IDM DXCMD command has problems doing a resync of a driver

This document (7011734) is provided subject to the disclaimer at the end of this document.

Environment

NetIQ Identity Manager
Novell Identity Manager Engine

Situation

Trying to have the DXCMD utility do a resync of a driver through a script and cannot get it to work from a command line.

Resolution

Use the following parameters with the DXCMD command
 -resyncdriver <driver dn> <minimum time for resync(dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm AM/PM) >
Sometimes you may have to switch the dd/mm/yyyy to mm/dd/yyyy
Also if you are using a different language other than US.UTF-8 you may also have problems.  To solve these problems make sure the format is what java expects for the specific LANG.
