Environment

NetIQ Access Manager 3.2

Access Gateway (MAG)

Situation

Changes are made through the Administrative Console and then applied/saved. The changes should take effect immediately, but after application of 3.2sp1 IR1 patch a restart of apache or server was needed before the changes took effect.

Resolution

This issue was introduced in 3.2 SP1 ir1 and fixed with 3.2 SP1 IR1a. The 3.2 SP2 patch will include this fix.

Cause

Application of interim 1 patch for 3.2sp1.
