Situation
APAR SE53925 from IBM shows that during the rename steps in the PTF, when the name gets longer it causes the ptf load to fail with the message SQL0901.
Resolution
IBM has released 2 PTF's to resolve this issue:
SI48628 for 6.1
SI48586 for 7.1
Please install the appropriate PTF for your OS level before attempting to load ptf 1C04026 again.
