Workflow being used to populate items in the Vibe Calendar
Vibe Calendar being synced to GroupWise using Vibe Connector
Situation
Calendar items created using a workflow in Vibe do not sync to GroupWise
Calendar items created using a workflow show up on the wrong date in GroupWise Client
Resolution
It is important that when a workflow is created to dump Items in a Calendar then the Family of the Entry Definition should be set to Calendar. This can be done by following the steps listed below:

Login as admin user to Vibe

Click Workspace | Form/View Designers

Find the form and click on it

Click "Modify the Properties of This Definition" and set the Family to Calendar
After doing the above, make sure that the Entry Data Item for Event Date/Time is set to Event. This can be done by following the steps listed below:

Login as admin user to Vibe

Click Workspace | Form/View Designers

Find the form an dlick on it
-
Expand the form and search for the Entry Data Item for Event Date/Time

Click on it and click Modify
-
Change the Data item name to Event
