Inventory scan does not finish on workstations with Windows language packs

Situation
When an inventory scan is started, the colw32.exe starts, but will hang or crash. Inventory scan will not finish. Workstations have language packs installed for Microsoft Windows. Particularly Chinese language pack.
Resolution
This is fixed in version 11.2.1 - see TID 7010042 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2.1 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at http://www.novell.com/support/search.do?usemicrosite=true&searchString=7010042
