Satellite device with Startup Location defined does not replicate content after upgrade to ZCM 11.2.3

Satellite device has a Startup Location defined, that does not have any Closest Server Rule defined. At the end of the startup period, the Satellite does not use the correct calculated Location, and cannot replicate content.

 This is fixed in version 11.3 - see KB 7014213 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.3 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7014213

Workaround: Configure the Satellite device to not use a Startup Location, and refresh or restart the device.
