Linux and Mac bundles may throw exception in logs that can be ignored

Environment

Novell ZENworks Patch Management 11
Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2

Situation

What does the following error in logs mean for ZPM (Patch agent) and other script bundles?
 
[Debug] [03/26/2013 12:08:43.481] [] [87] [ZenworksAgent] [55]
[ActionHandlerResultData:Data] [org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Content is not
allowed in prolog.
    at
com.sun.org.apache.xerces.internal.parsers.DOMParser.parse(DOMParser.java:246)
    at
com.sun.org.apache.xerces.internal.jaxp.DocumentBuilderImpl.parse(DocumentBuilderImpl.java:284)
    at
com.novell.zenworks.agent.core.zmd.util.XMLUtil.getDOMfromXML(XMLUtil.java:80)

com.novell.zenworks.agent.core.actions.actionschema.ActionHandlerResultData$Data.setAny(ActionHandlerResultData.java:549)

Resolution

In most cases this error can be ignored as later in the log the handler fixes up the xml file.
