ZCM 11.2.3: New agent installs ZESM components when only FDE is enabled

Situation

If a new agent install is performed when FDE (Full Disk Encryption) is enabled, and ZESM is disabled, ZESM will still be installed. The ZENworks Icon will show ZESM as not installed, but the agent status will show it as installed.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 11.2.3a - see KB 7011295 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2.3a - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7011295
