Novell iPrint for Linux
Situation
Installing an iPrint secure printer to a Windows workstation using FireFox version 19 or later can result in the iPrint authentication window to hang. The hang will occur if the user waits 11 seconds or longer to submit the credentials. If the authentication window is left open for more than 1 minute, FireFox may crash. This problem exists with the 5.86 iPrint Client and earlier.
Resolution
Upgrade the workstation's version of the iPrint Client for Windows to 5.90 or later.
