MDM Profile shows Not Verified

Environment

Novell ZENworks Mobile Management

Situation

On iOS devices, when the profile is installed, the MDM profile shows Not Verified.  Profile and policies still work. 

Resolution

For the profile to show Verified, follow the steps below to export the .pfx Signing Certificate.
 
1) Run mmc on the Server.
2) Click File -> Add/Remove Snap-in.
3) Click Certificates -> Add
4) Select Computer Account -> Finish
5) Select Local Computer -> Finish -> OK
6) Expand Certificates -> Personal -> Select Certificates Folder
7) Right Click on the Certificate -> All Tasks -> Export -> Next
9) Select Yes, export the private key -> Next
10) Check Include all certificates in the certification path if possible -> Next
11) Enter Password -> Next
12) Choose location and name to save the .pfx file -> Finish
 
Re-add the new Signing Certificate to the ZMM Dashboard under System Management -> Organization
