Situation

Item gets deleted BlackBerry z10, and gets completely deleted from GroupWise.
Item gets deleted using a BlackBerry 10 devices and is not found in GroupWise trash.

Resolution

Contact BlackBerry device carrier for patch.

Cause

Issue with BlackBerry device OS, deletes and purges email instead of doing just a delete.

Additional Information

This fix is not be available to end-customers until their respective carrier approves the update and makes it available for download.
