Situation

Users email is not being moved to folders on the device. Rules are moving email to folders in the GroupWise client.  When the email is synchronized to the device, all the email is showing up in inbox on the device, and not in folders.  The email shows correctly in folders in the GroupWise client.

Resolution

The users with the problem had accounts on two Datasync servers.  Once the users were removed from one of the Datasync servers, and only had one Datasync account, the users email started synchronizing correctly, and the email was located in the correct folders on the device.
