GroupWise Agents Ports Not Listening For Incoming Traffic

Environment

Novell GroupWise 2012

Situation

Ports on the GroupWise Agents and Gateways don't listen for incoming traffic even though the services are running.
IMAP is configured to run on both the Postoffice Agent (POA) and GroupWise Internet Agent (GWIA).
Both the POA and GWIA are running on the same server.

Resolution

Disable IMAP on the Postoffice Agent, stop and restart the GroupWise Internet Agent.
